At Nakie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
